How much is it to rent the studio?
We have different rates for (1) hour, 2+ hours, half days, weekends, and more. Please click BOOK NOW to see our current rates.
How early can I arrive?
Early entry into the studio is not allowed. We ask that you grant yourself extra time within the session hours you have reserved - this includes arrival, setup, breakdown, and departure.
Is the studio natural light only?
The Loft has a total of 6 west-facing windows that offer the most gorgeous natural light throughout the day. However, studio lighting is available if needed.
Will I be the only one in the studio at the time of rental?
Depending on the date and time, it is possible. A lot of times Jackie or Brittany will be working in the private office. We won’t disturb your session, but can be available if you need something.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed. We ask that you please be mindful of all of our clients and don't have pets directly on the furniture, you are expected to clean up any pet hair/mess before leaving the studio.
Is the studio only for photographers to rent?

Does The Loft have furniture for rent?
Yes! The Loft offers a variety of furniture available for use during your session, including couches, chairs, stools, and more—all included in your rental fee.

Looking for even more options? The All-Access Pass gives you access to our second shooting room and prop closet, where you'll find additional unique furniture and props to elevate your shoot. The pass is just $25 per hour with a 2-hour minimum rental. Perfect for those who want to take their creativity to the next level!
Where in the building are you?
The Loft is located on the 2nd floor. We are up one flight of stairs, the first door on the left. There is no elevator, so please keep this in mind when booking your clients.
Is there a restroom?
Yes! There is a private restroom in the studio and can also be used as a dressing room if needed.
